Positive: The Lobspitze flat was amazing. Well equipped, furnished. Wonderful location and unbeatable price. The access to the nearby gondola is extremely easy with a ski bus or one can easily drive to other gondolas. Communication with host was smooth.
Negative: The foot of the bed in one room has a large wooden board and for a tall person like me (1.94 cm) this was a real pain. The other beds don't have this so I would consider removing it if possible. The parking spots are very tight and we didn't manage to fit our car (a mini!) into the allocated spot due to the way other guests were parked. Luckily there is a car park very close by. These are all very minor quibbles.
