It has a living room with a log-burning stove; newly fitted bespoke kitchen; utility room; downstairs toilet; main double bedroom; smaller second bedroom; a beautiful bathroom with corner bath and shower unit; a private garden; off street parking for two cars. The cottage is only three minutes walk to Spout Yard Park, four minutes walk to Louth Museum, and five minutes walk to the centre of the charming market town of Louth with its three screen cinema, many restaurants, pubs, independent shops, and thrice weekly markets. Riverhead Theatre is a little further (perhaps 20 mins walk); as is Hubbards Hills (one of the treasures of Louth). The Meridian Centre (with superb facilities including a large swimming pool; children's fun pool; gym; badminton; table tennis etc) is only 1.5 miles away. The cottage also provides an excellent base to explore the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds and sandy beaches on the coast. We always provide fresh flowers for our guests, as well as fresh milk, tea amd coffee, and a tasty home-made treat.
