One of the highest elevations on the Island with 12' x 31' Pool on high dune level and spectacular views of the ocean. 8 Master Bedroom Suites each with private bath, Loft with Half Bath, and Oceanfront 7 bedrooms with access to the Covered Decks.
Ground Level: Recreation room with TV, Pool Table & Shuffle Board Table, Kitchenette with Microwave, Refrigerator, Large Theatre w/100" Screen, Bose Theater System, with Lazy Boy Theatre Chairs, a full-bath, and 2-Car Garage for guest use. Elevator and stairs to all 4 floors.
Level One: High Ocean - Extra large 54' Great Room overlooking ocean, Decks and Pool. Living Room with Gas Fireplace, Full Bose Music Entertainment Center, with Stereo/CD player, and Bose speakers throughout inside. Large Dining room. Gourmet Kitchen with Bar, Commercial Viking Stove with Double Gas Charbroiler & 2 Convection Ovens, 2 Dishwashers, 2 Refrigerators, 2 Double Sinks, Pool and Spa off of Kitchen with Oceanfront Pool-side, half-bath and shower room. Covered Deck overlooking Pool, Pool Deck, Dunes Deck and walkway.
Level Two: 3 Oceanfront bedrooms with Covered Decks. 2 with King beds, 1 with a Queen bed, 1 Kid's Bedroom with Twin/Twin Bunk Set, TV, and DVD player. All bedrooms have a separate bath. Washer and Dryer on this level.
Level Three: 4 Oceanfront bedrooms with Covered Decks and each with private bath, 3 with King beds and 1 with 2 Twin beds. Loft with 2 Twin beds, each with a Twin Trundle, TV, DVD player, & half bath.
