Summary: Our initial experience at check-in was disappointing. The front desk staff member was not very friendly and she came across as rude and condescending. After checking in, we went to our room, which was very nice and clean. The view was beautiful, and hearing the waves right outside was wonderful. Unfortunately, we then encountered several issues. When someone used the bathroom, the toilet would not flush, so we called the front desk. Thankfully, someone came promptly with a plunger to fix the problem. Additionally, the shower water pressure was extremely strong—so strong that it was uncomfortable and caused water to splash everywhere. We ended up using all of the towels to dry the floor. The next day at check-out, the front desk staff member was different, and he was very kind and courteous, which was a noticeable improvement. Overall, the experience was just okay, and I probably would not choose to stay here again.
