Great location for your family vacation, sabbatical or business travel this summer. Quiet neighborhood near parks and shopping. Rates for 30 day stay. Workspace with laser printer, desk, chair, printer. Fast internet. Wifi. Entertain or just relax in shaded comfort on the large curvy patio. Weber grill available for your cook-outs. Hot days and cool nights make this a very comfortable place to relax by day in air conditioned comfort or lovely nights out on the patio o rtaking in the many interesting activities in the area. 3 bedrooms plus den, 2285 sq. ft. roomy comfort. We have had so many compliments on this home. Hardwood floors, granite counter tops, extra large walk-in shower. Bedrooms: Master with king sized bed and master bath. 2 guest bedrooms witih queen beds and guest bath. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking if you are so-inclined. Landscaping is well maintained. There's a nearby park, Woodside, for walking and exercise. It's a favorite park for dogs. Only one block from Fern Park which has large play structures. Garage. and parking.
