A Captains Walk, Lit Dock, plus New Tiki Hut just installed on extended dock to enjoy the views, and outdoor shower are just some of the amenities. Enjoy the manatee, jumping mullet fish, and dolphin, or simply cast your rod off the dock. The Villa features an over sized heated pool, huge lanai, bbq and recent patio furniture perfect for family get togethers. Villa Larga Vista offers plenty of privacy & space with 2400 sq ft of air conditioned comfort, 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, wi fi and rocu plus 51" lcd tv and 2 guest bedroom TV's. The newly renovated gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances make cooking a breeze - entertain through the pass through bar!. The bedrooms feature 2 Queen size Beds, 1 King size, and 2 Twin Beds 2 full bathrooms. The triple lot grounds have been professionally landscaped with many mature palm trees & gardens ! Summary: The house was very comfortable. There are two living areas, so plenty of room for the family to spread out. The pool was perfect, the tiki hut and dock were beautiful, and the house has kayaks and bikes for use. There were also two desks and two kitchen tables, plus lots of additional seating outside just in case anyone has to find a place to work while they are visiting.
