Over 3,500 square feet including the finished space in the garage (fully converted to insulated and air conditioned living space). Meticulously maintained. This home is managed by the property owners with support from a local caretaker, not a management company with hundreds or thousands of units to keep track of ! We are responsive, honest, and very particular to ensure that we give our guests the best possible experience. We only own one home in Champions Gate and we give it our full attention. Talk directly with the owner, and have immediate responses to any questions. In the unlikely event that an issue arises during your stay, we are on call for you 24 hours a day with a local caretaker who can respond and rectify any issue that comes up. The property itself is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom pool home in the Retreat in Championsgate just 15 minutes from the gates of Disney World yet away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Beautiful private west facing (Afternoon sun!) pool and spillover spa in screened in lanai . FREE POOL HEAT included with every rental! Plenty of necessities are provided, unlike many properties in the area, including toilet paper, paper towel, hand soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, a gas grill with propane provided, and more! You won't feel nickled and dimed, we go to great lengths to make sure that our guests have everything they need without having to pay extra costs. Well cared for, spotless clean, comfortable and modern, the ultimate rental home for your vacation! You'll have free access to the Oasis Club in Championsgate. The Oasis Club features 3 pools, a lazy river, volleyball courts, and restaurant and bar, an arcade, movie theater, and much more. You'll also be able to play multiple championship courses very close to the home including two Greg Norman designed golf courses which are right in the community. Amenities galore, and you have access to all of it unlike some of the other nearby communities which restrict access to certain amenities for renters. Championsgate is a newer community located close to Disney World and the attractions in Orlando. The village of Championsgate has a Publix, numerous restaurants and shops, and is just a short drive or long walk away from the home. We would highly recommend First Watch for breakfast, brunch or lunch.. Also Osteria Italian Kitchen, Millers Ale House, and Huey Magoos for lunch or dinner. It is a very short drive to Kissimmee, as well as Celebration each with their own plentiful options for food, drink, shopping and experiences. Bedroom and bathroom configurations (as they will be after the renovation is complete in January 2020, new pictures will immediately be posted upon completion) : - Main floor bedroom 1 has king bed, and a detached bathroom directly next to the bedroom with a bathtub and shower - Upper floor bedroom 2 has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with stand up shower - Upper floor bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a double bed down, twin bed up, and twin trundle that pulls out. - Upper floor bedroom 4 haas a custom Rapunzel/Tangled themed castle bed, with two double beds. Custom murals throughout. Fiberoptic night sky lights so your little one can feel like they are sleeping a castle underneath the stars! - Between upper bedrooms 4 and 5 is a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. - Upper floor bedroom 5 has an "Avengers" theme with a custom built bunk bed with double beds, custom slide, and Avengers themed design and decor. Custom murals throughout, and LED feature lights . - Upper floor bedroom 6 is the Master Bedroom, with king bed, huge luxurious en suite Master Bathroom with large soaker tub and separate stand up tile shower. The Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need for preparing meals. The dining room table seats 8 people, and there is a breakfast bar with 4 barstools seating an additional 4 people. There is a dining table in the lanai that seats 6 people, for a total dining seat count (inside and outside) of 18. The Living Room offers comfortable seating, beautiful design elements, a flat screen wall mounted television and direct access to the screen in lanai and pool area. The screened in Lanai features a patio dining set, comfortable lounge seating, a private heated pool (Pool heat included in rental rate!!) , and a spillover spa hot tub. The garage has been converted to a climate controlled custom arcade complete with authentic arcade games ; side by side Hummer racing games. A basketball hoop shot game. A classic PacMan and Galaga arcade game. 4 flat screen TVs, 2 XBOXs and 4 gaming chairs. There are PacMan murals on the wall, and a full arcade lighting set up complete with black light and LEDs to complete the feel of an actual arcade and game room. There is also a custom playroom space with kids games, toys, and books, a large wall mounted "busy board" for toddlers, as well as touch lights on the walls for kids to play with. The theme is outer space and this playroom is truly out of this world! The upstairs landing is a comfortable television viewing room with wrap around couch and wall mounted flat screen 75" 4k Smart Television. Also provided at the home are : - 2 pack and play crib beds for babies and toddlers - 4 strollers - 2 booster seats - board games - books - pool towels - pool toys and games - two XBox's with GamePass including unlimited access to over 100 of the most popular XBox games available - soaps - shampoo - body wash - conditioner - paper towel - toilet paper - trash bags - dish soap - dishwasher pods - washer pods - make up remover wipes And more! You won't feel like you were given the bare minimum supplies for your stay, we go to great lengths to make sure you have what you need for a stress free, easy, comfortable stay. You'll also have 24 hour access to our Property Manager who lives just a few minutes away from the home, so in the unlikely event that an issue arises, we will resolve the issue quickly, completely, and with a smile on our faces. The Oasis Clubhouse (as described above) is just as short walk away, and also offers a free shuttle to and from the house. $95 fee is for damage protection. The $95 fee is non-refundable and covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages when the damages are reported to the property owner.
