OVERVIEW: This beautifully renovated vacation condo is located at the Sea Colony resort. The condo was fully renovated during the winter of 2014 and contains all the comforts and conveniences of a world class resort property. The resort itself includes the beach, pools, tennis, exercise facilities, kiddie camps, and so much more. It is a half mile walk into Bethany's charming main street with shops, restaurants and a boardwalk. Conveniently located between Rehoboth and Dewey Beach, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland. Don't miss tax-free outlet shopping in Rehoboth. ACCOMMODATIONS: This condominium is located on the fifth floor, of the Dover House. The view of the ocean doesn't get any better than this. The wrap around balcony provides fabulous views, and both all day sun and shade exposure. Walk into this fully renovated condominium onto beautiful terra cotta tile floors, new kitchen, (cabinets, counters, and appliances), two and half brand new bathrooms, (Master bath with walk-in shower, double sinks, and make-up table). Every room is fully and newly furnished. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, a queen bed in a the second bedroom, and two twin over double bunk beds in the third room that will comfortably sleep six. The game table moves to create an additional sleeping space with a drop down queen size murphy bed. New digital televisions in each bedroom and living room, with cable, HD, stereo, and wi-fi. Seats 12 for dining plus 4 at the bar. The unit comes with one reserved parking space just feet from the elevator. Additional parking may be available but is not reserved or guaranteed. SEA COLONY RESORT: Is managed by Resort Quest/Wyndham Resorts with 24 hour security, 12 swimming pools, 2 fitness centers, a tennis club, and an indoor pool and sauna in the building right next door to our unit. The tennis club is rated among the top in the nation by Tennis Resorts. The private beach is manned during the summer season by Sea Colony's professional staff of life guards and chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. Full cancellation policy available on lodging agreement. If, the city of Bethany Beach requires all beaches and businesses to be closed again due to COVID-19, the owner will fully refund you for the unused portion of your trip.
