Our home combines the best of Rincon, the beauty of the expanse of the ocean, great island sunsets, privacy, yet it is close to the all the great beaches, restaurants and activities in the area (the home is about just 3 miles from the town square and the beach).
This spacious, open concept 3,000 square foot home offers premier living and lounging areas inside and out. Indoors you can unwind in our comfortable, air conditioned living room with wall to wall ocean views as well as in the media room with the flat screen Smart TV. Outdoors you will find an abundance of space including the main level terrace with spectacular ocean views, our pool side patio and a large upstairs terrace that features a pergola, outdoor dining and sunning areas. These outdoor spaces are the perfect mix of sun and shade to accommodate all your relaxation- enjoy a cup of coffee, a good read, a yoga session, have fun drinks or eat a delicious meal. Our home boasts all day views with the ocean, sunset to stars- plus all the little touches to make you feel right at home.
And with our “splash” pool (3.5-4’ deep) you now can cool off right at the house if you don't want to hit the beach and while enjoying great views of the ocean.
