One-of-a-kind villa, on an artists’ estate, perched high on one of the Coast’s most singular properties, a 5000 square meter plateau with totally unobstructed, 360-degree views of the entire Coast, Gibraltar, and on a clear day, the mountains of North Africa. The property is historic; once the site of a Moorish castle, with ruins still visible today. Nestled among olive and fig trees, the unique, rustic house boasts an immaculate 12 by 5 meter swimming pool, shared with just one other two-person apartment on the same property. Casa Gordon features a recently-renovated kitchen; a spacious bedroom; a stunning terrace; and a massive living/dining room, with towering ceilings and huge windows which allow the light and views to come pouring in. It is fully-furnished and decorated with the art-work of Charlotte and Harry Gordon, the American artists who designed and built the house, paying loving attention to its every detail. It has ample parking and is protected by an electronic gate and alarm system. Casa Gordon is located in the countryside, just 1 kilometer East of the town of Mijas. The entire Costa Del Sol is easily accessible and the location is ideally situated for a multitude of day-trips and getaways. There is another small rental unit on the property that will be used intermittently during the summer months.
