Quickly planting its flag as one of the most desirable rentals along Costa Rica’s southern Pacific coastline, Casa Tilli is completely new, totally modern and absolutely perfect for playing host to family and friends in a jungle-laden paradise.
Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and air conditioning throughout the house, construction on Casa Tilli was completed midway through 2017 in the rolling hills above the beachside town of Uvita. Combining privacy and convenience -- the nearest supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away -- Casa Tilli has capacity for a maximum of 8 guests.
To soak in the Costa Rican sunshine, there’s plenty of outdoor living space and lawn area available. From the 30-foot-long infinity swimming pool, the jungle-to-sea view is spectacular and the wildlife’s extraordinary, with monkeys, toucans, parrots and pizotes all among the most frequent visitors. There’s a gas barbeque on hand and lots of couch and table space on the patio, as well as plenty of outdoor shade for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. You can even pass drinks through the kitchen to the patio area thanks to a large, retractable window.
Inside the villa are all of the modern conveniences necessary to help make your trip as simple and enjoyable as possible. Casa Tilli features wireless internet, satellite television, a washer and dryer unit, dishwasher, microwave and an oven. There is a 4-burner stove located on an island in the kitchen, and the dining-room table can seat 8 guests. The kitchen island also has 4 seating stools for additional space.
Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a king-sized bed, desk area and AC unit. There are ocean views from each bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and a beautiful glass-blown shower door. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom in the living room.

Prior to your arrival, the property management company will contact you directly regarding assistance with car rentals, tour reservations, and in-home meal or massage services. On your check-in date, a member of our property management team will meet you at a designated location near Dominical to escort you to the villa. During the entirety of your stay, the property management staff will be available to assist you.
