Large windows and French doors across the front lead to a large deck with a spectacular 180 degree view, spanning from the North Shore mountains, Keats and Bowen Island and right across to Vancouver Island.
This 1400 square foot home is well laid out, with the living room, kitchen and dining room all situated at the front of the house, allowing you drink in the stunning panoramic ocean view from every room.
The kitchen is stocked with all your culinary needs and the dining room is perfect for entertaining. A barbecue is also available on the front deck if you prefer outdoor cooking.
The master bedroom features an elaborate king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. This room offers you easy access to the private back yard and beautiful garden.
The well-appointed second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, an additional double futon bed and beautiful garden views.
Both bedrooms are located at the back of the main floor of the house, providing a nice cool location for sleep.
The main entrance is on the ground floor. Enter the foyer and take the stairs up the second floor where you'll find your own kitchen, living and dining room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms (one with tub and the other with shower).
There is a TESLA charger on site you are welcome to use.
