This property is an end unit, therefore offering the most privacy. There are ocean views from almost every room on both floors. Extensive balconies, with plenty of outdoor seating. Professionally decorated with all high-end furnishings--no expense was spared. The Matapalo Penthouse is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Famous Tamarindo beach is only 150 yards away and you are right in town, walking distance to just about everything. Hear the waves from your private balconies! With over 3500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Large living and dining area also include your very own pool table and private bar overlooking the ocean. Large plasma TV in Master suites and living areas. There are two bedroom suites downstairs- one has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a king bed as well as a day bed with pull-out trundle bed underneath. There are two bedrooms upstairs-The master bedroom with a King bed and the other guest bedroom suite with a King bed. Total Bed configuration: (3) Kings, (1) Queen, (1) Daybed with trundle. This property sleeps 8-10 comfortably. All bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom. Inside utility room. Maid service is offered 3x per week as well as Free WiFi and Cable TV. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops and Viking Professional appliances.
