Lovely, quiet 3-bedroom, 3-bath house that sleeps 6 people. It's located facing the Bay of Cancun, with a view from the second-floor balcony and the large rooftop terrace.
The pool, unusually large for a private house (30’ x 10’ and 4' deep), is great for relaxing and for short laps. In warm months, swimming in the morning (in shade) and in the evening is delightful.
The house (indoor space) is 1400 sq. ft. The rooftop deck is 400 sq. ft, partially shaded, and has a table and chairs and small bar area. A shaded balcony runs the length of the entire upstairs.
The house is located just 350 feet from Parque de Los Sueños water park. It's also in walking distance along a sidewalk to Garrafón de Castilla beach and Garrafón Natural Reef Park and Water Park.
There are places to eat nearby at hotels and at beach clubs, including Playa Indios.
You can rent a golfcart, mopeds, or bicycles, or you can take a taxi (very moderately priced by U.S. standards) to other parts of the island, which is only about 4 miles long and a1/2-mile wide.
