The Space:
Ideally located, this five bedroom house offers space for eight people with an optional self-contained apartment that can accommodate an additional two. The house also features a large backyard with trampoline and pool and visible to the main lounge dining and kitchen areas. Enjoy a choice of two outdoor dining areas out on the front balcony with the views or in the alfresco dining area at the back looking over the pool. Four out of the five bedrooms have private bathrooms and queen beds, the master has a king bed and shares a bathroom with the other bedroom on the the top floor. Four bedrooms have beach views and access to balconies with full height windows, the 5th bedroom has views over the pool. All rooms have electric blackout blinds and retractable fly screens.

The Neighborhood:
Bilgola Beach is popular with locals as it is more protected than most of the other beaches in the area. It is also one of the few beaches that has a cafe on the beach. The best shops and restaurants are all within walking distance in Avalon and Newport. You don't have that advantage in Palm or Whale Beach.
Getting Around:
Walking distance to the bus stop and Avalon Village. Nice coastal path to Newport village. We are about an hour's drive from the airport and shuttles and transfers are available. Parking either in the driveway or on the street.
