This modern seaside town-home is situated in Isla Plana, only 5 minutes walk to the closest beach & local shops. Located just outside Puerto de Mazarron: an old-fashioned Spanish working port and seaside holiday destination for both locals and visitors from around the world.

Enjoy two comfortably sized bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large brand new kitchen/living room. One bedroom offers one double bed and the other bedroom has two singles.
The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, and washing machine. All furniture and fittings are brand new. Plates, glasses, and cutlery are all provided.
The highlight of the town-home is the rooftop terrace with views to both the beach and mountains.
The complex also offers two large pools with children's area and Jacuzzi.
Air conditioning/heating is available in the lounge and both bedrooms.
