A sunny 1 bedroom apartment with a breathtaking view of the bay. Located in a residential building directly on the promenade facing the sea, which includes a large patio, playground, cafeteria-bar and a large swimming pool. Tourist license VT-46117-V. The promenade of approximately 5-6 km along the bay is pedestrian to enjoy walking or cycling. There is the mouth of the river Júcar on one side of the bay and the lighthouse on a rocky promontory on the other side. Ideal for a family of 3-4 pax (4 if 2 are children), or two families since we have two apartments in the same building! Easy access to the internet, WIFI booking upon arrival.
Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are within walking distance. The cafeteria and pool of the building work since Easter and mainly during the summer months.
Nearby is the city of Valencia (30 km, served by frequent trains) with its interesting center of the old cathedral, the commercial district, the gardens by the river, the museum of arts and crafts and the marina area .
The international golf course by the sea is located in Saler, 15 km away.
Our favorite restaurants are: 'Florazar y Bariloche (150m), Los Olivos, El Chalet, Mare Nostrum, El Rincón del Faro, Casa Salvador (overlooking Lake L' Estany, which was awarded Michelin stars), La Mar Salà (on the Dosel beach) they all have good recipes for paellas, fresh seafood and other rice dishes.
Knowing the arrival of fishing boats on the river side or attending one of the typical and award-winning band concerts in the city will make your day special.

Located in a new residential building on the maritime promenade area in front of the sea, Which includes EXTENSIVE playground, children playground, cafeteria-bar, and huge community pool. The maritime promenade is a nice seaside front of acerca 5-6 km along the bay to enjoy walking or biking. There is the Jucar river mouth in one side of the bay and the lighthouse standing on a rocky promontory on the other side. Ideal for a family of 4-3 (4 if 2 are children), or two families as we have two apartments in the same building !. For access to internet, you need to book it at arrival.
