Cuba Lake is a family friendly, serene lake that provides numerous opportunities for enjoyment year round. This North Shore locale boasts spectacular sunsets and a sweeping view of the lake from the indoors and the lanai, lakeside patio and deck. Rooms are spacious and the majority provide fantastic views of the lake. The main level (at street level), has wrap around windows and lanai with an inviting open floor plan incorporating the living room, kitchen and dining room which is splendid for entertaining. The lower level, first floor at lake level, has an additional galley style kitchen, washer and dryer, 1/2 bath, billiards and beautiful Walnut bar. The lower level opens onto the lake front patio which connects with the dock and shoreline. The spaciousness of the rooms and multilevel design easily accommodates large families or friendly gatherings. The house has its own private dock which accommodates several boats and is wide enough to easily fit two lounges for sunbathing. There are two kayaks for your enjoyment and a motor boat available for an additional rate. The fall foliage in Cuba and the surrounding area is breathtaking, with the lake itself providing a spectacular foil to the jeweled tones of the leaves. Winter activities abound with easy access to both cross country skiing and snowmobile trails. Holiday Valley Ski Resort and Ellicottville are only 37 minutes away. Cuba Lake also offers excellent ice fishing.
