It is located on the 2nd floor of a building consisting of only 8 condominium units, plus the structure is elevated with 2 assigned covered parking spots underneath (no elevator, so may be difficult for those requiring physical assistance) Once inside the open concept living area leading to spacious master and guest bedrooms and baths, another staircase services the 3rd BR/loft which boasts an additional 240 sq. ft. and can sleep 6 guests, plus includes another full bath. Smart TV or cable in every room, Wi-Fi/ private 5G network. Comfy seating and balcony access offers canal views, fully equipped kitchen and dining room seats 8 plus additional bar seating for 5. Many updates include floating staircase to the loft, high shiplap ceilings, newly remodeled baths with tub or shower.

Even smaller watercraft like canoes, kayaks, and jet skis can launch from our sandy beach area and just down Ole River you will find marinas with rentals, restaurant/bars like Tacky Jacks and Avenue Pub, and local favorites Robinson and Bird islands where you can drop anchor and soak up the sun and scenery! Step out to our large pool pavilion w/ plenty of seating at tables and loungers, BBQ grill and eating area, and tennis court. Swim laps or lounge by the Olympic sized salt water pool (with bathrooms and outdoor shower) or watch the game on the tiki hut TVs while you cook your fresh catch of the day on one of several grills! Families will love all the on-site amenities, even unexpected ones like crabbing & fishing down at our dock. Watch the dolphins and boats go by in the canal, with one of the best sunsets you will ever see over Cotton Bayou to wrap up a perfect day! Cotton Bayou Condominiums is located near the heart of the family-friendly, beachfront town of Orange Beach, AL. Yes, Orange Beach powder white sand is right down the street! A five minute walk to a protected light will land you on the beach or the bar, but if you have little ones you may want to drive across to the Cotton Bayou beach access and pay $10/day for easy parking. Many other beautiful beaches are right within your reach, under the pass towards Perdido Key or the opposite direction towards Gulf Shores. And if nature is what you are here for, you will be in heaven biking or walking our 26 miles of trails through protected marshlands and parks. Other wildlife can be found at countless fun bars and fantastic restaurants, by land and by water! OWA and the Wharf with their many attractions and concerts is close, and of course FloraBama and The Gulf restaurant/bars are still great options just a few miles away...with new CoastAL's beachside bar/dining and live music also now only steps to get to. In fact, our whole area has probably changed quite a bit since your last visit! With improvements to roads, walkways and more new shops and eateries coming, the city is better than ever and hosting festivals and events year round Calendar of Upcoming Events in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. While there are still plenty of large resorts in OB (or down the road in busy Destin, 30A etc.) to choose from, where you can wait for a crowded elevator ride, it just depends how you define beach experience. If you are looking for something more laidback... barefoot steps to your boatslip or across the street to the public beach...then Cotton Bayou is more your vibe! Because our low-density complex is a small community you will always find plenty of space by the pool, and an available grill or spot at the bar/tables. We have new development, but no high rises will block your view in our complex... you can feel the beach air and see the docks right from our balcony. Most importantly, Orange Beach holds onto that old school beach vibe. Come get tropical, it's always 5 o'clock here in OB!
