Villa set 600 meters above sea level, close to Anghiari. Beautiful villa in a pine wood near the 'Passo della Libbia', one of the many Apennine mountain passes, about 600 m above sea level, this one being the old road from Arezzo to the little medieval town of Anghiari and the Valtiberina. An ideal starting point for visiting the many historical, artistic and religious sites of great interest such as Arezzo, Monterchi, Sansepolcro, Anghiari and so many other smaller towns scattered in the Valley. The villa, the garden, the swimming pool and all facilities. The villa is surrounded by a spacious completely fenced garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, wood-burning oven and playground area for children. Near the house, there is a 6 x 12 depth 0,30 - 1,60 m swimming pool for your exclusive use, with a smaller part suitable for children 3 x 3 m - open from 16 May to 19 September). On the ground floor there is a small gym equipped with exercise bike, step, bench for weights and so on..... The apartments have been furnished with quality interior decorations and elegant and comfortable furniture with some typical Tuscan ones.
GROUND FLOOR: large living room with fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. With separate entrance there is a room with gymnastic equipment. FIRST FLOOR: reached by an internal staircase, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath. Summary: We all loved our stay at the Villa Marisa - the accommodation was perfect for us, providing comfortable spaces for relaxation. The owner, who came to clean the pool every two days, was charming and very accommodating. The trip tot the vineyard and the Tuscan meal prepared by personal chef Alissandro were both wonderful experiences. And the care and attention from both Eliza and Lucrezia from EuroCasa was exemplary - wonderfully attentive and responsive to my many emails. They were terrific. Would certainly use their company again for future trips. Thank You!!
