Part of the terrace has a wood-burning stove that provides plenty of warmth when the evening starts to get cold.
Just 150 meters below the villa you have the sea that opens into the bay. Here you also have your own jetty to use during the hot summer days.
The accommodation is located on a small horse farm and here you can enjoy the peace and nature, but still you only have about 35 km to central Stockholm and you can easily get there with good communications from Vaxholm C.
