The villa at 4761 Tennis Club Lane lies beside the lapping waters of a tranquil pond just a short bicycle ride from the eateries and shops of East Beach Village and The Sanctuary, the championship Turtle Point golf course, and the Roy Barth Tennis Center.
The living room is open both to the sunroom, with its walls of nearly floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the water views and its white library bookshelves, and the kitchen, where a breakfast bar with beadboard detailing offers extra seating. The kitchen itself is lovely with beautifully veined granite countertops, along with clean white cabinetry and appliances to match.
The sunny breakfast room offers a row of three tall windows overlooking the lagoon, a wide window to the sunroom, and a table with seating for six.
In the master bedroom is a row of tall windows framing the views, a queen four-poster bed, white-painted furniture, and in the windowed bath, his-and-hers vessel sinks set atop a granite countertop and white vanity.
