Le Cavadou occupies 2000 square meters and adjacent to the house there is a heated private swimming pool (9m long) with sun terrace where you can enjoy peace in your bed of sun or shade.
On the terrace you can use the authentic wood fire pizza oven and integrated BBQ or for the home enjoy a game Jeux de boules.
The house can accommodate 10 people who spend their holidays in comfort and tranquility in this beautiful region.
From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view over Montagnac and the surrounding hills.
Inside it is pleasantly cool and the villa is well kept and modern. In the hall there is a guest toilet and passage to the bedrooms and the living area.
Downstairs there are three spacious bedrooms equipped with a double bed. The view from the 'suite' may tempt many.
In the sleeping area you will also find a spacious bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and toilet. Furthermore, there is provided a separate room with rain shower and separate sink.
Le Cavadou is a very practical villa with all the luxuries such as dishwasher, washing machine ... In the kitchen you can release all the flavors from the south of France on your papillae. Also you can from a barstool enjoy the cozy kitchen crowds.
From the kitchen there is a passage to the beautiful and spacious living room with comfortable seating area overlooking the pool.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one is equipped with two single beds, the other room has a double bed (140x200).

Summary: Property generally good, need of some updating. Serious issues on our return. There is a hidden charge for electricity, ours was £157 for 5 adults 1 week and 4 adults 2nd week. Don't pay. Not enforceable by VRBO. Major issue was a charge for a broken pipe in the swimming pool pump room. We were asked how it happened and categorically denied any involvement. Still money taken from our credit card. My guess it was the pool maintenance company. Currently escalated it with VRBO and waiting satisfactory resolution. There is also a secondary issue of safety. The pump room key was left in the lock and could be accessed by anybody including children. There was lots of pipes, electric pumps and containers of hazardous chemicals for the pool and also herbicides and pesticides for the garden. Sharp tools wete also lying around, secateurs for example. The door should be locked and hazard signs posted. There was no apparent alarm on the pool. Another issue was the lack of gas. When the gas cylinder ran out we we told to buy one from the local supermarket and we would be reimbursed. That has not happened. There was no tools to change the gas. We queried with the host we were told "A wrench is not needed, you can hold on to the gas regulator to turn it." Very unsatisfactory and potentially very dangerous. Overall a pleasant holiday spoilt by fighting to get our deposit refunded.
