You are about to rent a single family home for your family to spend an amazing Disney vacation. This is a holiday home located in a very privileged area with many restaurants and supermarkets.
Our house is very spacious, we have a backyard and a very well maintained private pool.
It is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathroom, sleeps 9 guests and in every room you will find TV.

MASTER ROOM
Our master bedroom has plenty of space and a king bed, TV for greater comfort, in addition to a large closet you will have at your disposal comfortable so that your clothes and accessories are more organized on your vacation. The master bedroom bathroom in addition to a large bathtub we have a separate shower.
BEDROOM 2
This room has a queen bed, with reading lamp, ceiling fan, the closet in this room has a mirror door.
BEDROOM 3
This room has a queen bed, TV and plenty of space.
BEDROOM 4
In this room we have a double bed and a single bed. In addition to air conditioning, it has a ceiling fan and the closet has a mirror door, great for those who like tidying up their room.
SOCIAL BATHROOM
The guest bathroom is located between bedroom 3 and the Tinker Bell bedroom with a bathtub and on the wall you will find a hotel style hairdryer, large mirror.
KITCHEN
Our kitchen is complete with everything you and your family might need to make a delicious family breakfast or lunch. Coffee maker, toaster and utensils. Stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Next to it there is a very spacious dining room and a large table with 6 chairs.
In the kitchen bar you will find 3 high chairs and a table for quick meals. Beautiful stripes and ceiling fan you will find in this kitchen.
LIVING ROOM
In the living room you will find a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa, plus a wall-mounted TV that you can use YOUR access to Roku or Netflix. Of course, we have not forgotten the internet that we hired with the highest volume of speed. In this environment we have a ceiling fan for those who like to use a fan even knowing that the house has central air conditioning.
READING ROOM
We have a space reserved for reading, meditation or for use by those who want to work even when they are on vacation and need an office.
YARD
Our stake is large, then set up an environment with tables, chairs, lounger for those who want to rest outdoors, or sunbathe in the Florida heat. Our entire backyard is enclosed with a closed fence so that the privacy of our guests is maintained.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PARKING
Parking is restricted to the drive way in front of the house - YOU CANNOT PARK YOUR CAR ON THE STREET. And in the condominium there are places for visitors, if you have an extra car, leave it at the visitor's places. We are not responsible for any fines that the police may impose if the car is parked in an inappropriate place.
POOL AREA
Our large pool with Jacuzzi is very well maintained and has safety bars for those with limited mobility. At the bottom of the pool you will have images of dolphins as part of the decoration. Despite being an extra service, the BBQ is there if you wish. In the pool area we have a large table with 6 comfortable armchairs, ceiling fan, TV a really perfect environment for your leisure.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the garage of the house and for that reason are not available. This garage is closed and is not part of the rent of the house because it contains items and personal furniture of the owners.
NOTE: This house is supplied by an industrial laundry that does all the cleaning of the lines and towels, making our guests more comfortable and safe with the cleaning.
HOST ACCESS
You are renting an entire house so all access to the house and the private pool is for the exclusive use of you and your guests.
The house is located in a CONDOMINIUM. In this condo you will find a large swimming pool and a tennis court, a basketball court and a volleyball court and a children's playground. All our guests can use everything the condominium offers for free. I can't forget to inform you that the condominium rules must be followed as determined by the association and we have no way to interfere. Spacious parking and an exclusive handicapped parking space are also offered.
HOUSE ENTRY / KEY / PASSWORD
You will receive instructions via chat on the day of your check-in at 7:00 am. Our check-in is entirely electronic, there is no need to remove a key, you will use the password on the numeric keypad on the door.
TRASH
Garbage must be properly bagged and deposited in the dumpster that you will find next to the house.
DETAILS
The entire house has no carpets, central air conditioning, clean sheets, blankets and towels are provided in addition to pool towels Free WiFi.
LOCOMOTION
While you can arrange a transfer or even request an Uber, we encourage our guests to rent a car so they can get around more comfortably, as driving here is so easy.

CORTESIA FORNECIDOS
Our space is a self-service holiday home, so it is necessary to stop by the supermarket to buy hygiene products and the desired meals.
We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to buy them. (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, liquid soap, a few loads of dishwasher detergent, sponge, disinfectant, shampoo, conditioner, soap). We do not leave any type of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
