Unique property in the Craigleith area close to some of the best hiking trails and a short walk to small private neighbourhood beach. 5 min. drive to Blue Mountain Village and short drive to Collingwood or Thornbury.
The backyard is a private oasis with a pool and loungers to lie on, muskoka chairs around a fire pit (Including firewood) and a table for 8. Two large sun awnings that extend off the house for shade cover. T
A quick walk off the property puts you onto the Georgian Trail and if your hungry after the stroll you can walk to The Alphorn restaurant. The street also features a small park with a basketball court.
Property includes landscaping, pool maintenance services and bi-weekly cleaning.
The main floor has a laundry room, kitchen, family room, sun room w/sit-stand desk, dining room, guest room and a bathroom w/shower. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom w/tub and shower.
Relax on recently new mattresses-Primary bedroom-king, bedroom 1-single over queen bunk and a desk, bedroom 2-single over double bunk and a desk. Main floor guest-queen.
