The property has a raised deck with patio furniture, propane grill, hammock, indoor and outdoor shower (great for when your coming from the beach!). The kitchen was recently renovated, and has everything you need to have a great bbq ( glasses, dishes, utensils etc). The property also has its own personal washer and dryer.
A pet under 25 pounds allowed with a fee of $150 any unreported pet will be a subject of a fine of $500.
