Positive: It was very cheap. It was quite clean and smelled pleasant. Location is decent. Lots of close by stores. The decor was nice. Xbox 360 is a nice feature, although we never used it during our stay.
Negative: The bed was too firm. The shower surround was installed upside down - poor space inside shower to put shampoo, soap, etc. The washer/dryer was very noisy. Children were loud in the morning. No light outside at night which is hazardous given the steepness of the concrete stairs. Inside lighting was kind of dim. Phone number given on booking.com was not valid. The wifi was poor but easily accessible. The host information mentions that breakfast is offered for an additional charge, however, we were never offered or given direction on how to obtain. A card with instructions would have been nice.
Summary: It was okay, but cheap. I would stay here again based purely on the fact that it is hard to find a place this cheap in H
