There is one street bike and one off-street/combo bike for your use, as well as Bcycle electric bike rentals one block away, for $30 per month or $7 per ride. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and body boards are provided.
This house is perfect for families or up to three couples traveling together! The upstairs consists of a large, open living space with kitchen, dining, and living room, and half bath, plus the large master bedroom/master bath, with double closet, and sliding glass doors to its own lengthy balcony.
The downstairs living area has separation from the upstairs master bedroom, creating privacy. Two bedrooms are downstairs with a full bathroom to share. The first has a queen bed, full-sized closet, and writing desk, the second has folding doors and is outfitted with a trundle daybed with two twin beds. These may remain separate, or may be attached to create a king-sized bed. Extra king bedding is available upon request. This bedroom has its own sliding glass door to the private front yard, plus a large, L-shaped desk ideal for working professionals or kids' art projects.
As outfitted, the home comfortabely sleeps 6. If you would like an additional twin bed, this may be arranged by contacting us in advance. There are also roll-out floor mattresses, inflatable mattresses, and sleeping bags, plus a large L-shaped couch for additional sleeping arrangements beyond 6, if neccesary, especially for accommodating additional children and teens.
The home has fast wifi, a wifi office printer, several smart home features, and large flat-screen Apple TV capable of streaming any service you have a subscription to (Netflix, Prime, HBO, Hulu, etc.). The TV is in the master bedroom. Fast wifi means kids and others may stream from their own devices simultaneously in any part of the house.
The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Unlike other condominiums, townhomes, or multi-unit residential developments, only a garage wall is shared with the neighbors. Nevertheless, quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and hot tub hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. We have never had a noise complaint, and welcome all guests who are respectful of the peaceful, residential setting. No parties or events are allowed at the residence.
