DISCLOSURE: This home has an ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) in the backyard, fully detached from the main home. It has a separate entrance from the main house. The ADU unit is attached to the garage. Guests do not have access to the ADU or garage. Access is only to the main home only. Please refer to the exterior picture provided. Permanent tenants (a couple) live there. They are very respectful and quiet.
NOTE: Parking access is limited to 1 outdoor parking location on the driveway so as to not block the entrance to the ADU. However, there is enough free street parking in the front. The neighborhood is family friendly and safe to park.
