This spacious and clean 1,100 square foot house features a large wraparound covered porch. This is the PERFECT spot for enjoying your favorite ice-cold drink, grilling out or simply just hanging out with family and friends.
We have ALL the amenities - including dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, coffee pot, cable, and high-speed internet. This makes your stay convenient and easy. Our cottage is THE place to spend your family vacation!
The Master Bedroom is large and welcoming with a queen size bed - exactly what you’ll need after a busy day! There are two guest bedrooms with equally comfortable full size beds plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, which pulls out into a queen bed if needed.
For those rare rainy days, there are FOUR smart TVs with cable (living room and all the bedrooms).
**Golf cart rental available through Ocean Lakes**
** Parking permits, obtained at the Park Office, allow you authorized entrance and access to amenities to the park during your stay. Permits are $15 a day (per vehicle) and must be displayed in the windshield for security to observe.
**You MUST follow all campground rules! For Ocean Lakes rules, go to their website. (Big examples are NO Firearms, NO Fireworks, NO drones, NO loud noises or partying allowed!)
** Families only. Guests must be accompanied by an adult 25 years of age or older and must be present during the entire rental period.
