This is a residential neighborhood, and the noise ordinance is strictly enforced. The police will be called, your reservation will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be given.
A security deposit is required to book this home. The security deposit is refundable after check out as long as there were no damages, and the house rules were not violated. This rule is implemented to hopefully prevent parties and unregistered guests.
