No steps necessary to enter unit .Parking for 2 vehicles(tandem). This is the 1st floor of a duplex .(insulated between floors).

The neighborhood is located within 4 miles from historic Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 15 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.
