The Charming Treehouse will be your new go-to in Music City! Enjoy all of Downtown’s Honky-Tonks and Hoedowns and then come back to the Treehouse for a quiet escape. Enjoy the convenience of nearby bars, restaurants, spas, gyms, and coffee shops while staying in a spacious, pristine property!
**Please note: The 4th bedroom which is the Living/sleeping Room on the 3rd floor, it has a convenient 1/2 bath.
Thank you for taking the time to check out the Charming Treehouse! Since I get large groups who like to share one space comfortably, I have focused on making sure everyone has a comfortable place to sit and still be all together! The Charming Treehouse is a three-story townhouse right in the heart of East Nashville. It's cozy and completely furnished with eclectic finishes that I have personally curated over the years and is completely family-friendly! I've converted the large master closet into a infant/toddler sleeping room with everything a young family needs to make their stay convenient! There is a changing table, diaper genie, toddler bed, pack n play, booster seat, baby bath as well as a small rocker and books and games! There are 3 TV’s in the Treehouse and the one in the living room is a brand new 65” TV with Roku.

Summary: My a cappella group and I stayed here for our trip in Nashville and the house is absolutely beautiful! It was a great trip for all of us and very spacious. It was only about 15 minutes away from our destinations downtown as well. Great spot and beautiful, and Sandy was on top of it with giving me all the information I needed to ensure our stay was a great one!
