The surf beach is 500m from the house, only a 5 minute walk or take the push bikes and you will be there in only 3 minutes! Plus there is a great playground for the kids, located at the end of the street. For those who want to go fishing, the inlet is superb.
The house has a games room with a table tennis table and a full size snooker/pool table. There is a wonderful sun-room for those who wish to relax and enjoy a good book. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is huge.
There are 4 bedrooms, three with king/queen size beds and the fourth with two single beds. The main bedroom is en-suite, and there is a second bathroom with shower and bath. Plus a separate laundry room including washing machine.
