Our luxurious three-story townhouse spans 2,200 square feet and serves as the ideal retreat for both summer and winter getaways. The inviting living area features a wood-burning fireplace, a 36-inch flat-screen smart TV, Sonos sound system, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, all complemented by ample relaxed seating. This space seamlessly extends to a spacious deck equipped with a barbecue grill and plenty of patio furniture, perfect for dining, relaxing, and stargazing.
On the same level, you'll find the kitchen and dining area, which includes an open layout with counter stools for two and a large dining table that accommodates eight. A cozy kitchen nook offers a delightful spot for enjoying your morning coffee or tea. The well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and generous counter space for meal preparation and serving.
The main level also features a master suite complete with a king bed, a 36-inch TV with Cox Contour, and a luxurious master bath that includes a walk-in shower, double sinks, and an extra-large walk-in closet. Additionally, a guest room with a queen-sized bed and spacious closet is available, along with a den at the end of the hallway that features another 36-inch TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, and a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom equipped with double sinks, a tub, and a shower, along with a separate laundry room featuring a full-sized washer and dryer.
Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and TV, and a smaller room designed for children, featuring trundle beds (two twin beds) and a shared bathroom.
Condo is located conveniently on the free local bus route and bike path that will connect you to Ski lifts and the town of Ketchum just a short mile away, a 15 minute bike ride or pleasant walk on the bike/walking path.
