This is a very spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bathrooms luxury apartment (6/8 persons) located at ground level within a gated community built in July 2006. The complex lies front line on Les Deveses beach with private access to the beach.
The apartment is 80 sqm plus 60 additional sqm terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed, a sliding door to the terrace and en suite bathroom with hydromassage bath. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin-size beds each and share the other bathroom. There is a sofa-bed in the living-room. Next to the kitchen there is a covered terrace which doubles as a laundry room w/ washing machine. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (cold/hot) for increased comfort during the summer and winter months. It also has a parking space/storage room within the garage in the basement of the building.
The best part of the apartment is the large front terrace overlooking the common garden. This is where most of the life takes place during the summer months. From the terrace you have direct access to the large common garden, a lake-like pool with separate pool for younger children, outdoor jacuzzi and children's playground. There are also two paddle tennis courts next to the entrance. From the garden there is direct access to Les Deveses beach, one of the few natural sand beaches remaining in Alicante. Warm water and a large sand bank under the water makes this beach very safe for children.
Located 10 minutes away from the apartment, Denia is a delightful, cosmopolitan town, rich in history which shows evidence of the different cultures that have passed through: Carthaginians, Romans, Arabs, Iberians and the Christians left their trademark in Denia. The town's focal point is the 16th century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58m.
Shopping in Denia is located in the main central street, Calle Marques de Campo. This is a wonderful place to sit and relax in the many cafes which occupy this Parisian-style tree lined avenue. As well as offering the high street essentials, there are some exquisite boutiques and gift shops. A multitude of restaurants offer some of the best regional and international cuisine, including the 3 Michelin star restaurant 'El Poblet'.
Denia offers something to everybody: sandy beaches, spectacular rocky coves, colourful fiestas (no other town in Spain has more of them), five nearby 18-hole golf courses and a million possibilities to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Year after year, Denia's beaches have been awarded the prestigious 'Blue Flag of Europe'. Las Marinas, situated to the north, boasts 15 km of fine, uncrowded, sandy beaches - ideal for swimming, wind surfing kite-surfing or sunbathing, while to the south of town, the rocky beaches and coves of Las Rotas with the nearby Marine Reserve of the Cape of San Antonio are a paradise for scuba divers and snorkelers.
