It comfortably sleeps 4, with one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, and has many amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, office with a desk, parking for 2 cars, Netflix, great wifi, and more. Walk to nearby Hope Street for shops and restaurants or visit the Farmer's Market in the Summer. We are about 1 mile (and a nice walk) from Brown University, College Hill, and Thayer Street. THE SPACE
This private apartment on the second floor of a historic Colonial home gets lots of sunlight and is great for couples, families, and friends traveling together.
Kitchen: Open to the dining room and equipped with a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, as well as cookware and flatware.
Living Room and Dining Room: Large living room with 4K HDTV, streaming cable via Roku (DirecTV Now, Netflix, etc.). Separate dining room with table and 4 chairs.
Full Bath: Walk-in shower, bathtub, and vanity with plenty of storage.
King Bedroom: Comfortable king bed, full-size dresser, and HDTV with Roku (streaming cable via DirecTV Now, Netflix, etc.)
Queen Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with full-size dresser and chair.
Office: Get some work done in a fully functional office with Gigabit Wifi.
Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 2 guest vehicles (no need to park on the street!)
Please note that we do not have central air, but in the summer months we do put a/c units in the two bedrooms and the office to keep the apartment cool.
We give our guests as much privacy as they prefer, but we live in the downstairs apartment and are available if you need us!
