The property sits in a private cove on the south end of the lake, very protected and quiet. A trail through the backyard provides direct lake access. Paddle a canoe on the calm waters or sip morning coffee on the seasonal private dock.
A wraparound deck is outfitted with plush seating and alfresco dining space. When you’re ready to venture out, it’s a short drive to the heart of Damariscotta as well as charming cities on the coast.

The seasonal dock is pulled from the water during the fall and winter. While it is perfect for launching a canoe and kayak, the dock is not suitable for motorboats.
