Located on the East side of beautiful Lake Latoka, a peaceful 776 acre lake just 2 miles from downtown Alexandria, Minnesota. The property features 100 feet of sandy lakeshore, dock for fishing, fire pit, and gardens galore. Steps and handrails lead you on a gradually sloping path to a big level lakeside yard. The dock provides you access to the lake teeming with fish and water activities. Tie up your boat and you’re good to go! The home boasts an open floor plan including a sunlit fully equipped knotty pine kitchen and expansive living/dining area including a morning coffee solarium, master bedroom suite, two queen bedrooms, a kid friendly bunk bed room, and up to date laundry facilities. Abundant windows and patio door overlook a large deck providing a spectacular view of the lake. The family room features comfy furniture, flat screen television, internet, books, games...a great place to hang out in the evening or on rainy days. Fresh paint throughout the house provides the warm environment you deserve. Steps from the living space you’ll find a massive deck that has part sun and part shade with outdoor furniture, table for six, and a gas grill. Two sets of stairs leading off the deck invite guests to the lake.
