The list price includes 2 downstairs bedrooms and access to the main bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas as well as the outdoor entertaining area.
Option 1: (List Price - $395/night + $250 cleaning fee )
Downstairs Bedroom 1 - 1x Queen bed
Downstairs Bedroom 2 - 1x Double bed
Access to single bunk beds in the rumpus/lounge area
Option 2: (List Price + $250/night + $380 cleaning fee)
If you are a larger group more bedrooms are available.
In addition to the above, the following bedrooms are included:
Upstairs Ensuite Bedroom - 1x Queen bed with ensuite and balcony

The open space living room has a comfortable seating area to either sit and read by the woodfire heater or enjoy a board game like Monopoly or Scrabble.
The second lounge room/ rumpus room holds extra space to settle in for some laughs with games or you can just sit back and catch up on your favourite TV show or movies on the Smart TV. This area also has a bonus with two single bunk beds which are great for kids games, cubbies or extra sleeping.
