This family-friendly retreat is located right next to the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center and close to downtown Port Aransas (one mile) and Port Aransas Beach (two miles). Discover numerous restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and shops nearby. Other great attractions include Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Dolphin Dock Inc., Treasure Island, Chute 'Em Up Parasailing/ Port A Parasail, and I. B. Magee Beach Park.
This second-floor retreat boasts a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably on the extensive sectional as you watch a favorite show or movie on the large smart TV with streaming and cable services. The living room also boasts built-in bunk beds for additional sleeping spaces. The open kitchen has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances and sparkling countertops so you can treat your loved ones to delicious homemade meals and snacks on the go. The home's deck offers a great spot to unwind with inviting chairs throughout. There is a patio under the home that houses a picnic table for dining alfresco, a comfortable hanging bed, and an outdoor shower.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Summary: We are a huge group. There are tons of beds and the four bathrooms made it a breeze to get ready to go out! The lock on the front door was a little hard to get the first couple of times but that was a minor inconvenience. Other than that we didn't have any issues!
