Located in a quiet neighborhood in Vanderhorst Plantation, this home is a family and friends retreat. Surrounded by Kiawah's beautiful landscape, the indoors and out are brought together through multiple French doors off the kitchen and living areas. From cooking in the gourmet kitchen, to playing games on the dining table to watching the big game in the living room, this open floor plan makes social gatherings convenient! The gourmet kitchen has an ideal layout and features upgraded appliances. The formal dining area has seating for 6 people. The breakfast area seats an additional 6 and kitchen island has 2 bar stools. For ease, there is also a half bath on the main floor. The main level master suite offers outdoor access and an amazing spa-type bathroom with his and her sinks and a huge walk in shower. Located upstairs are an additional 3 bedrooms: one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a room with one bunk bed. Please keep in mind that the bunk bed room will have to go through a different bedroom in order to access a full bathroom. Outdoors are meant to be enjoyed in this amazing vacation home. A covered porch with a gas grill, and seating on the screened porch, overlooks the tranquil lagoon in the backyard.
