Open floor plan with spacious kitchen featuring a large island perfect for entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen features dark wood cabinetry with pullout shelving, a large pantry, eat-in kitchen with new, higher-end, stainless steel appliances. Wine Cooler. High ceilings throughout. Sectional sofa, electric fireplace and large flat screen in the great room with sliders to a screened porch with a smart tv on patio. All bedrooms have smart tv's as well. Large, fenced backyard backing up to a canal and wooded area with a Weber gas grill.
