Guest can use foyer, 1 one bed room with 2 double beds and TV. Another room has 2 double bed, computer table & chair, Dinning area has dinning table and chairs. 1 washroom, 1 full kitchen and one parking spot at the property.

We respond promptly to messages through the Vrbo app only.

Visitors must park there cars at the curb side all the time.
The neighbourhood is so quiet. Party, loud sound, loud music, loud TV are not allowed.
Smoking/Vapping are not allowed in the premises and guest suite.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is not permitted. You will incur a fee of $50 per hour starting at 11:15 am and every hour thereafter.
- Place all used towels in washroom hanger
- Put all garbage in garbage bag and put them in garage.
- Throw out all unwanted food from the fridge, cabinets and containers.
- Make sure all garbage is in the trash can provided. Please do not leave trash on the floors, beds, counters or living room space.
- Turn off all lights and close all windows if you open any
- Please Inform host of departure.
- If any appliances, Furniture, Electronics or home decor is damaged or stolen, a minimum fee of up to $750 will be charged depending on the assessment of the violation and cost of replacement.
