*Monthly Rental Property* This bright and high-ceiling 1740 square feet beach property is your home away from home. 2 bedrooms are on the main floor and master ensuite is on the top floor. The masters bedroom has a queen size bed (with individual coils for a beauty-rest), 2 side tables, and a multi-drawer cabinet, as well as a built-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a side table and a big dresser plus built-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a twin trundle bed, a big dresser and a built-in closet. An inflatable twin bed is also available if there is a 6th person in the group. There are 2 full baths, one on every floor, with different themes, one modern and the other classic. The laundry area is also on the main floor, to your left as you walk along the entrance hallway. The 2nd floor has the spacious living room with leather sofas, facing the ocean view window, as well as a 6-seat dining area near the TV and fireplace. In certain times of the year, the sun can be seen slowly setting in the horizon from the comfort of the living room couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home: from appliances to cooking tools, to cutlery and serving sets, plus toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender and toaster oven. Linens and Towels are provided Beach Drive (The Arch at Nye Beach) is a short 6 minute stroll away with stores and restaurants that are sure to welcome and entertain you.
