Heytor Cottage which is adjoining via the Games room of Heytor Farmhouse, and Heytor Loft, a modern loft conversion. Located in the Dorset Countryside, Heytor Farmhouse is set in 12 acres of farmland, is Spacious and Beautifully appointed and has recently been refurbished with a new Kitchen and Bathroom Suites. With 4 large bedrooms the Farmhouse Accommodates 10 people. The Property includes: R1: The Master Bedroom has King size bed with a new ensuite shower room. R2: Double Room R3: Double Room R4: Twin Room with two single beds Downstairs 'Quiet room' can be made up with a small double sofa bed - Sleeping 2 (Available on Request) with downstairs Toilet ____________________________________________________________ All rooms are Spacious and have superb views across the Farm and Countryside. The Large Family Bathroom is cladded with a beautiful Natural Stone, has a large walk-in Shower and Roll Top Bath. The Snooker room is the pride and joy of the Farmhouse - Luxurious with a Full Size Antique Slate Snooker Table. The Main Lounge, which overlooks the Fruit Orchard, is spacious, comfortable and light – Leading out onto flagstone patio and floral garden, including a gas BBQ and outside Seating. With a 42 "inch flat screen TV perfect for an evening film. The Kitchen is newly fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, with an adjoining Utility room for muddy boots and jackets, including a washing machine.
