Spacious villa set in a small condominium with walled private rear garden with built in BBQ and private front terrace. Use of enclosed communal pool set in a picturesque garden laid to lawn and shrubs.
The front door leads into a spacious entrance hall which gives access to the large open plan lounge diner, the fully equipped kitchen and a ground floor bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. There are french doors leading from the lounge to the front garden and also french doors in the kitchen and dining room giving access to the fully enclosed rear garden.
The garage is in the basement of the house and can be reached via stairs from the hall.
There is also a set of stairs leading up to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The master bedroom, which has a king size bed, is at the front of the house. It has built in wardrobes and a set of french doors leading onto a small private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. The master boasts a large en-suite bathroom comprising of a bath with overhead shower, a separate fully enclosed shower cubicle with twin basins set in a vanity unit and WC.
The second bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobes and french doors leading onto a small private balcony which overlooks the large rear garden.

The villa is located in a quiet peaceful road in the very popular village of Salir do Porto which is famous for its huge sand dunes. The beach is approximately ten minutes walk and there are a number of good restaurants and cafes in the village. There is also a municipal outdoor swimming pool adjacent to the beach.
It is a short walk to the adjoining small town of Sao Martinho do Porto which is famed for its unique shell shaped bay and has been voted the most family friendly beach on the Silver Coast. The promenade is surrounded by a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
Sao Martinho do Porto can also be reached by simply strolling along the beach from Salir do Porto, either along the sand itself or on the boardwalk which connects the two areas.
Salir do Porto has a tiny train station and from there you can catch a train into the nearby busy town of Caldas da Rainha, where you can shop, eat or just explore the centuries old thermal springs , the numerous museums, the diverse culture and the famous Bordallo Pinheiro pottery factory store for which it is famed. Most of the historical sites are built around the beautiful Dom Carlos park, which houses restaurants, children´s play areas, a boating lake with black Australian swans and hosts various events throughout the year.
By car you are only around 30 minutes drive from Alcobaca with its stunning working monastery, Batalha with the most incredible gothic cathedral and the world renowned pilgrim site of Fatima.
