Easy access to highway 70 and I25, providing quick and easy access to anywhere in Las Cruces. White sands is a quick 45 minute drive, and NASA and WSMR are even closer!
This home is a new construction completed at the end of 2022 with new furniture and appliances. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms . The bedrooms have comfortable memory foam beds, including 1 king, 1 queen, two twins, and a twin over full bunk bed. Fast Wifi of 400 Mbps - perfect for working or doing homework from home. Desk space provided for working.
The 2-car garage is for guest use. The kitchen has all granite counters and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, glassware, etc. We provide soap, shampoo and conditioner and lots of fluffy towels. We have a grill, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit out back. Washer and dryer for your convenience on longer stays.
Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with our 330 days a year of sunshine and gorgeous views of the Organ Mountains. Safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to I25 and the 70 making White Sands or any other destination convenient. This desert oasis has all of the necessities of home and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Enjoy two parks near by, including a splash pad park and brand new community Ninja Course. Enjoy the beautiful Dona Ana mountains which are great for hiking and mountain biking! Red Hawk Golf course is also close by.
We have lots of great restaurants, a variety of parks, and plenty of great hiking trails and outdoor activities. And this weather has been great!
