Spacious duplex only few steps away from the beach. A very short walk to the beach means no worries about parking or sand in your car! Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, Family Kingdom, Barefoot Landing, and Broadway at the Beach, all within 5-10 minutes, offer plenty of day and night entertainment!
3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs, kitchen downstairs, dining area, living area, large garage used for game room, & a carport.
Pets are NOT allowed!
* Pool is open from May 31st through September 30th

Summary: All though the property was clean upon entry, there were gnats/fruit flies & flies. We reached out to the property to ask if there was some spray on the property for gnats & flies and there wasn’t but they would send maintenance out to spray the unit. Someone came out but looked around the outside. Afterwards we went to grab some food to bring back and didn’t realize how severe the issue was until trying to eat and we couldn’t eat in peace. My granddaughters chose to eat in the car. We were told that maintenance was coming soon to spray. When maintenance came, he gave a choice between 2 sprays and proceeded to hand it over as if he was not going to spray the unit after being told that maintenance would. One of my granddaughters room had a spider coming down from the ceiling which set a different tone. She wanted to room with me instead of her room. My daughter went out to buy things to attract and kill the fruit flies. That seemed to help some but there were still flying around. We were able to checkout the next day due to a lag in communication about having the option to cancel the reservation. So we ended up having to pay for a day. This was very exhausting but we were able to find another place to finish out our vacation. We were blamed for the fruit flies by maintenance from bringing our things in the unit but pest control confirmed that this was an issue with the pipes and the another unit was complaining of the same issues.
