This is a large , private villa, with contemporary furnishings in neutral tones and with a stylish and beautifully calm atmosphere throughout. Situated on the edge of the village with a 180˚ direct south facing terrace and pool , remote and not overlooked. The detached contemporary two storey Villa is centred around a magnificent large staircase and grand salon-style sitting-room. This unique three bed-roomed property affords the very best uninterrupted views in Nata from its prominent hillside position, offering seclusion in which to sunbathe and with an epic 180˚ panorama over the valley with the Swimming pool in full sun all day. Access is only through the front lockable Courtyard making this property particularly suitable for naturist sunbathing as guests testify in their comments. This central Courtyard , arranged with plants and succulents, has tables and chairs in which to enjoy lunch out of the sun and links the property's ground floor areas. The Master En-suite Bedroom located on its own upstairs, a Twin En-suite Studio Bedroom in the old Stone part of the building and the Double En-suite Bedroom located with direct access to the pool. Villa Marona happily offers individual discrete accommodation meaning groups need not feel they are on top of each other during their holiday. This property is primarily a home and it's style and suitability is for the person who really wants to escape to a private house away from the mass tourism that has now sadly overwhelmed Cyprus. Villa Marona is unsuitable for families with children under 12 years due to an unfenced pool , glass doors and staircase. Its privacy makes it better suited for adults. This is suited to the guest who does not crave the need for bars and clubs and instead those who want a haven and a place of tranquillity for their own when they stay. Villa Marona has free Wifi and Internet TV offering most English speaking channels. This is a place for reading , eating ,cooking, playing games, enjoying the view, swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. The Villa is close to Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills golf and leisure complex, with their beautiful golf courses, bars and restaurants. You are only ever a short drive away and taxis are available . The Villa was taken off the rental market in 2011 /12 ( hence the gap in the reviews) whilst we rebuilt the old stone Studio and converted the room into the Studio Bedroom Ensuite and guests , family and friends have been enjoying it since. The villa rents quickly between April and November to mostly returning clients. Nata is perfectly placed just a short drive away from excellent beaches, ( http://www.cyprus-beach-guide.co.uk/paphos/beaches.html), typical Cypriot villages such as Mandria and Pissouri , with their dozens of friendly and varied restaurants and the local tourist attractions such as Petra Tou Romiou.
